All Products sold by MindryLabs LLC are digital products.
No physical items will be shipped.
Upon purchase, customers receive access to their purchased content through their Samcart account and/or a confirmation email sent immediately after payment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout.
Refund eligibility varies by product. Each product's specific refund terms — including whether a money-back guarantee applies — are stated clearly on the individual product sales page before purchase.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the refund policy applicable to that specific product. Where no refund policy is stated on the sales page, all sales are final.

Audio Recordings, frameworks and educational materials are the exclusive property of MindryLabs LLC.
Purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Products in accordance with the Permitted Uses section below.
Ownership is not transferred.
Personal use and personal growth
Use in client-facing work, meal plans, presentations, or educational materials (where applicable to the product type)
Use in websites, social media content, paid courses, ebooks, and digital products created by the purchaser
Use in marketing materials
This license is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Purchasers may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share any part of the Products with third parties
Share download links, access links, or folder access with others
Sell or repackage the Products as their own original creation
Use raw files or content to create competing products or template systems
Upload assets to stock websites or content marketplaces
Use the content in any way that violates applicable law
Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.
Any statements regarding potential business growth, client acquisition, time savings, or revenue increases are illustrative only.
Results vary and depend on many factors including experience, effort, market, and implementation.
