COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

MindryLabs LLC

This Commercial License Agreement governs the permitted use of digital products, templates, visual assets, and PNG files (the “Products”) purchased from MindryLabs LLC.

By purchasing and accessing the Products, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

MindryLabs LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products for commercial and professional purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

This license is granted to the original purchaser only.

Ownership of the Products is not transferred.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use the Products in client meal plans

  • Use visuals in websites

  • Use in social media content

  • Use in paid courses and educational materials

  • Use in ebooks and digital resources you create

  • Use in marketing materials and presentations

  • Modify visuals for use in your professional content

All usage must be incorporated into your own original work.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute raw PNG files

  • Share download folders with third parties

  • Share Canva template access links

  • Sell the templates as editable templates

  • Create competing template systems or visual asset packs

  • Upload assets to stock image websites

  • Claim the assets as your original creation

The Products may not be sublicensed, transferred, or assigned to others.

4. No Resale of Raw Files

Under no circumstances may the original files (PNG images, Canva templates, or source materials) be resold, redistributed, or made available for download outside of your own finished materials.

5. License Termination

Violation of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

MindryLabs LLC reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in cases of misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

All Products remain the intellectual property of MindryLabs LLC.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
